Windows PC Health Check shows you your PC's available memory, RAM, hard drive, and age. Windows Disk Management is the in-built disk utility to manage partitions in Windows 10. Once it launches, you’ll see each major system check in its own box in the right pane. This will either open the PC Health Check app, or it’ll automatically download and install the app for you. Windows PC Health Check gives you quick access to the health of your computer and can check if you can run Windows 11.
